1. RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns for refund or credit except in cases permitted under our Return and Exchange Policy. These exceptions apply only when specific qualifying conditions are met.
- You receive an incorrect item that does not match your order.
- The product is spoiled, expired upon delivery, or visibly unfit for consumption.
- The item is damaged in transit and no longer in consumable condition.
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue.
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging to support your claim.
We reserve the right to deny return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in our Return and Exchange Policy.
2. EXCHANGES
- We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item (different product than ordered).
- The item was damaged during shipping and is unusable.
- The product was expired or defective upon arrival.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us at info@altarebsolutions.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, explanation of the issue, and supporting photos.
- If approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
Please note: As stated in our Return and Exchange Policy, we do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect items ordered by the customer, or dissatisfaction with taste preferences.
3. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened, partially used, or consumed products.
- Items reported after the 3-day window.
- Products that were properly delivered and not damaged or defective.
- Issues caused by improper storage after delivery.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
If a return or exchange is approved under our Return and Exchange Policy due to our error (such as an incorrect or damaged item), we will cover all shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees as stated in our Return and Exchange Policy.
